Raj Nair has been a portfolio manager for 12 years and co-manages several portfolios investing in India. Prior to this, he was on the sell side for 5 years in Mumbai, India. Raj obtained his Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com) from D.G. Ruparel College, University of Mumbai. He is also an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). He is also a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Louis So is responsible for assisting Dato’ Seri Cheah Cheng Hye, Chairman of the Board, in overseeing group affairs and activities, as well as overall management of the firm’s investment management team. He holds a leadership role in the Group’s investment process and portfolio management.

Mr. So has over 18 years of experience, with a solid track record in research and portfolio management. He joined the Group in May 1999 and was promoted to take up various research and fund management roles since then. In the 2011 Best of the Best Awards by Asia Asset Management, he was named “CIO of the Year in Asia” along with Dato’ Seri Cheah. Mr. So earned a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Australia.

Mr. Claudius Tsang, CFA, is a Partner and Co-Head of Private Equity, North Asia of Templeton Asset Management Ltd., a subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BEN). He is responsible for analyzing and evaluating strategic equity investments in North Asia. Prior to rejoining Franklin Templeton in 2008, Claudius managed private equity and PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equity) deals in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and the United States for Lehman Brothers. Previously, he also worked for Korea Development Bank, the China Chem Group and Jardine Fleming.

Claudius is a CFA charterholder and served as Disciplinary Review Committee member of CFA Institute from 2006 to 2009. He is currently a Director of The Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts and a committee member of Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong as well as the Tsinghua Alumni Association of Hong Kong.

Claudius holds an M.B.A., with honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a bachelor of law from Tsinghua University and a bachelor of engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Management from University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University. She is a CFA charterholder.
