Event Details We are pleased to have invited Mr William Chan, Managing Director of Scotwork East Asia Chairman to present at our training workshop on the topic “Dealing with Tough Negotiators”. 

Negotiation is not a favourite subject to business professionals since there involves different degree of conflicts.  Even in worse situation, you may encounter some "difficult" negotiators who become aggressive, inflexible, or even rude to you.  You can't avoid difficult people, especially when you have to rely on the other parties to resolve the conflict.  How can you survive in such hostile situation?

This workshop points out most common conflict scenarios, and suggests different ways to resolve them by using real life examples.  We then introduce the method of how to define the bargaining arena and to uncover the power balance in negotiation.  We also introduce the “science of negotiation” which is Scotwork’s 8-step negotiation structure.  The negotiation skills you learn from this workshop could bring about significant benefits in real negotiations.

In addition, you will be guided through an overview of the step-by-step approach and effective skill tips to analyse and deal with the tough negotiators, as well as to ease off the unpleasant situation and reach satisfactory deals.
